Adv. Abdul Razzaque Shaikh is the Founder and Managing Counsel of Ratio Legis. He has been actively practising law since 2011 and has developed extensive experience across civil, criminal, commercial, property and cyber law matters. With experience in both litigation and legal advisory work, his practice is focused on providing clients with practical, strategic and well-considered legal solutions.

Adv. Abdul Razzaque Shaikh commenced his legal practice in 2011. During the early years of his career, he worked with a Solicitor Firm, gaining experience in legal drafting, research and civil and commercial matters. He subsequently worked with criminal law practitioners and law firms, where he developed experience in criminal litigation, court proceedings, drafting and advocacy. Over the course of his professional career, he has also worked with various legal practitioners and law offices, including Adv. Harshad Palwe, Advocate, who practises before the High Court of Bombay. Through these professional associations, he gained valuable experience in High Court litigation, legal research, drafting and litigation strategy. His professional journey has also provided him with exposure to the legal environment associated with the chamber of Shri Rajeev Mohite, former Judge of the High Court of Bombay, further contributing to his understanding of litigation and advocacy before the High Court.
